Turnaround Time: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for me to handcraft and prepare your piece before it is safely packaged and shipped out to you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Policy: I take great care in crafting and delivering high-quality pieces, ensuring every order is handled with love and care.
Due to health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

Our Trusted Carrier - Worldwide from regional Queensland, Australia, exclusively using Australia Post Express services.
Delivery Times
Domestic Express (Within Australia): Once shipped, Express delivery within Australia typically takes 1 to 5 business days. (Please allow a little extra transit time for regional delivery).
International Express: We happily ship worldwide! International Express delivery times generally range from 4 to 12 business days, depending on your location and your country's customs processing.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Stay Updated: As soon as your jewellery is carefully packaged and dropped off at the post office, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can trace your sparkle every step of the way!
